Stamps Distinguished Leader Series
The Stamps Scholars Program hosts webinars and invites scholars to join in for a conversation with important people across the country. Illinois Stamps Scholars are encouraged to gather for webinar viewings and discussion. Past webinars have featured:
- Tom Johnson, former Chief Executive Officer of the Los Angeles Times and Cables News Network (CNN)
- Nitin Nohria, Dean, Harvard Business School
- Harold Hongju Koh, Sterling Professor of International Law at Yale Law School
Illinois Distinguished Leader Series
Much like the Stamps Scholars Program's webinars, our Illinois series invites campus and local leaders to meet in person with Stamps Scholars who have the chance to ask questions about their areas of expertise and/or their path and approach to success, both personally and professionally. Illinois presenters have included:
- Dr. Antoinette Burton, Presidential Fellow, Professor of History, and Director of the Illinois Program for Research in the Humanities
- Dr. King Li, Inaugural Dean and Chief Academic Officer, Carle Illinois College of Medicine
